Techs were very nice& polite

Hanson drilled our well, 500 Foot Tom, He drills to 500 feet whether needed or not. Then he put in an undersized pump. A year after he drilled our well we ran out of water. Hansons response, Drill another well.Thank God we found a competent and honest person who, after analyzing Hansons records, told us that the pump was inappropriate: it was a 3/4 h.p. pump put at the wrong depth!. He replaced it with the correct pump and we have not had a problem since.

Fast, same day service. We had no water; pump died. They came in did diagnostic, identified the issue and replaced the pump. Very helpful and considerate. Knew their stuff. Would highly recommend. They are a little on high price but they use quality equipment and materials -don't scrimp so I'm okay with that.

Prompt response. Joe called at 0900 & I told him what the issue was. He said he could be here at 1000. Showed up at 0940. Fixed the problem. Very pleasant. Would not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing issues.

They were courteous, easy to reach, came out same day. They gave me a better product than I had before. They cleaned up everything. They were great but a little expensive.
