I'm very pleased with my roof. It's absolutely beautiful.

1)My roof still has leaks, and 2)my sunroom leaked after new roof due to caulking but it took many visits and removals of shingles before it was resolved.

Love the triple pane windows.

If you order windows, make sure you are willing to wait for them. We met with Hanson's on May 24. The Salesman said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for windows to be installed, more likely 6, so we signed the papers that day. Three weeks later, we get a phone call saying the color we ordered for the outdoor is only for the inside of the house and we had to choose a new color. Sad that the salesman didn't know which colors were available. On August 1, the windows were finally installed (10 weeks later). Two of the frames that were installed had flaws that the installer thankfully found, and two windows had scratches on them. So, they came back Sept. 25 for the replacements. All in all, it took 18 weeks for the project to finally be finished. The installers were very knowledgeable....thankful for that. Warning: When you set an appointment for these guys, only give them one phone number. They called me and my husband both at least 3 times to confirm appointments. They would even call at 8:25 a.m. to remind us that the appointment was in 5 mins. The reminder calls are WAY overdone and annoying. But, customer service was great when we told them about the 2 windows w/ scratches.

Very professional

The interior caulking and some of the interior wood trim was sloppy. Some of the old caulking should have been removed better during installation so that the foam could better penetrate the perimeter of the window frame to seal better

Installation was great. Installers were very professional. Cleanup was perfect.

Did not install windows when promised rescheduled four times handso nes does have wonderful windows but their customer service and scheduling definitely need some work. Very disappointed at this point.

They did a very good job. tore off and replaced the roof on my house and garage in one day! The workers were very friendly. They cleaned up after they finished.

Don't trust them with the timing - have been given different dates from every person that called. Overall - happy with the new windows!

The customer service has been exceptional. The windows arrived with one damaged. I called my rep that was assigned for installation day and she ordered the sash while we were on the phone. The crew arrived right on time and quickly went to work. They were all very professional and friendly
