WOW. What a fantastic experience! First, we had gutters and downspouts put on our short-term rental. Then, we had a new tub and surround installed. Both installers were FANTASTIC and on time. They were also very professional. I was kept in the loop at every moment. From the salesperson to the office staff to the installers.

Ryan came to our house in Novi Michigan, did an excellent job at talking us through the options and we are very excited to move forward with Hansons!

May 2026- Ryan Holmes was great! He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave us a fair price for new siding and did not pressure us. Jan 2024 - Ryan Lachapelle was efficient and friendly. Not at all pushy but still got the sale. We've worked with Hansons previously and had great experiences.

Contractors were very professional, quick, and did amazing work! Would 100% recommend, our bathroom turned out perfect!

Ryan, the window sales agent, arrived on time for the home review. He was friendly and very respectful of our house while he conducted the window survey. He answered all of our questions and developed a competitive bid for the new window installation (19 windows).

1-800-Hansons Did a Great Job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower with handicap accessible handles and a bench. I had a wonderful experience from the very knowledgeable and hands-on sales person Jeff, to the friendly and very professional installation guys Brent/Brett, they protected my carpet and cleaned up everything wonderfully and was done in 1 Day, Amazing! Everything was priced within my budget and spot on with the timeline that Jeff gave me. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Hansons to anyone that needs this tub shower conversion done. I got 4 different estimates and Hansons won hands down. Thank you 1-800-Hansons YOU ROCK!

An all-around frustrating experience, complete with terrible communication and poor workmanship. Don't use this company if you value your time, money, and patience.

The job wasn?t 100% complete before being charged monthly payments. Wasn?t told the truth about financing and they?re charging an arm in a leg for don?t believe low interest rates ask them how the payments work. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail in which they do not respond to. When I finally got a hold of a representative she hung up on me and was very rude. Have to call them for information because they won?t contact you about uncompleted work or orders. Bad Bussey very bad business put me in a bad situation. Would go with another company.

Got my specifications wrong and didn?t do anything to make it right Sooo expensive for being disappointed

Contracted for a new shower on 09/09/25 . Installers tore out old shower on 10/16, then said it was measured wrong, shower base had drain in wrong place and had to have another one custom made. Hansons made another appointment for 11/09 to install the newly measured one, verified by email, text message and verbally on phone (while being without a shower for several weeks now). No call / no show on 11/09. Was then told it was due to rain/snow. (For an indoor bathroom remodel). Appointment then made for 11/14. Installers showed with wrong part. They had to drive 35 minutes back to Ypsilanti warehouse to get the correct 'remade base'. Installers were very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough however. Took 10 hours and produced a very nice end product. Installers were great! Hansons management abilities however have MUCH room for improvement. It took 66 days and 3 scheduled appointments to get my shower. I would not recommend Hansons.

Adam Stephenson (from Hansons) came to my home to provide an estimate for a new roof for my house. He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!

Installer absolutely hacked this job. Brought the wrong shower door. Broke my light fixture, my baseboard and my quarter round. Said he was going to Home Depot to buy what he broke but then decided he didn?t wanna miss out on his lunch so he just let me know what WE would need to buy! He ruined my wall because he didn?t the absolute worst mud job I?ve ever seen! Literally a child could?ve done a better job. We spent 15k CASH for this shower! Only for it to be done by someone that either doesn?t know what they?re doing or doesn?t care about the job they do. Either way I will never do business with Hansons again. Was planning on getting windows from them. Sooooo glad i didn?t! Every day that passes with them not coming back to fix it I get more infuriated!

Customer service was excellent. Adam was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling.
