Purchases a shower remodel. Salesman told me how the shower panels will be installed. The installer said the did not order them that way. The never ordered the ceiling trim ordered the wrong color grab handles. Sold us a Niche Shelf the would not fit in the wall, which the should have known. Installation was canceled 2 times cause it was "to cold" outside. i have a garage the i can heat but that did not matter. the was about 2 weeks late for installation. So instead of me taking 1 day of work off, i lost 3 days of work. The never compensated me for an of that. It was the worst experience i had with an contractor. Would i use them again, absolutely not. Would I refer them, nope!

This was a very smooth experience. My sales person, Jeff Truckey explain things very well. He didn’t mind when I called with further questions. He had a lot of patience with me and wanted to make sure that I completely understood everything.

Hanson window are the greatest and they stand behind there work with pride and honor that it will be done correctly. We have put all except one window in this house from Hanson. While the rep was here we noticed that there was an issue with our sliding glass door and he took care of it without us having to say a word. This company is the greatest and easiest company to work with. Don’t waste your time with any other.

1-800-Hansons Did a Great Job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower with handicap accessible handles and a bench. I had a wonderful experience from the very knowledgeable and hands-on sales person Jeff, to the friendly and very professional installation guys Brent/Brett, they protected my carpet and cleaned up everything wonderfully and was done in 1 Day, Amazing! Everything was priced within my budget and spot on with the timeline that Jeff gave me. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Hansons to anyone that needs this tub shower conversion done. I got 4 different estimates and Hansons won hands down. Thank you 1-800-Hansons YOU ROCK!

An all-around frustrating experience, complete with terrible communication and poor workmanship. Don't use this company if you value your time, money, and patience.

The job wasn?t 100% complete before being charged monthly payments. Wasn?t told the truth about financing and they?re charging an arm in a leg for don?t believe low interest rates ask them how the payments work. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail in which they do not respond to. When I finally got a hold of a representative she hung up on me and was very rude. Have to call them for information because they won?t contact you about uncompleted work or orders. Bad Bussey very bad business put me in a bad situation. Would go with another company.

Adam Stephenson (from Hansons) came to my home to provide an estimate for a new roof for my house. He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!

I’m just starting on this project , but am very happy with this company so far. They will be installing 2 sliding doors and 9 casement windows.

Word to the wise ? don?t use 1-800-HANSONS for home improvements. Just 2 weeks after they installed a new shower, the entire bathroom flooded today when I took a shower! When we called them, they REFUSED to come back out and said call a plumber because they aren?t responsible? Then they actually had the audacity to ask for $450 they added on to fix the shower ceiling, which they weren't going to do at first. We had to go around and around with them to get them to do it. We spent thousands on this and are now without a shower for who knows how long! They also ripped out the top of the window frame and bracket to fit the shower wall then threw them away so we have no way to hang the curtain back up; left wallpaper hanging and removed a piece of tile and left a spot at the bottom of the wall open. When we actually got them to come back and fix it, they put a poultry amount of grout in the hole, which later caved in leaving a hole again! Horrible experience and horrible customer service!
