They installed a new roof for me. The roof itself looks good and instalation was quick, but for some reason or another they didn't have enough matching drip edge for the front of my house. They installed a piece that now needs to be painted. Now I have to wait for warm weather to have it painted. Communications with the crew has been somewhat difficult. Just my opinion, there should be a crew leader that can communicate clearly with the customers as to what is going on with your roofing project.

Excellent work. Very professional. Made sure entire area was clean and all debris was picked up before they left. This was only half the windows in my house. I am doing the rest next year and am.definitely using 1800 Hansons for the project and if ican, I'd like to request the same crew because they did an incredible job

1-800-Hansons Did a Great Job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower with handicap accessible handles and a bench. I had a wonderful experience from the very knowledgeable and hands-on sales person Jeff, to the friendly and very professional installation guys Brent/Brett, they protected my carpet and cleaned up everything wonderfully and was done in 1 Day, Amazing! Everything was priced within my budget and spot on with the timeline that Jeff gave me. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Hansons to anyone that needs this tub shower conversion done. I got 4 different estimates and Hansons won hands down. Thank you 1-800-Hansons YOU ROCK!

Reasonable pricing. Delivery on time. Professional installation. Sounds like an ad but it’s the truth. I’m pleased with the result.

The job wasn?t 100% complete before being charged monthly payments. Wasn?t told the truth about financing and they?re charging an arm in a leg for don?t believe low interest rates ask them how the payments work. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail in which they do not respond to. When I finally got a hold of a representative she hung up on me and was very rude. Have to call them for information because they won?t contact you about uncompleted work or orders. Bad Bussey very bad business put me in a bad situation. Would go with another company.

He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!

A fantastic experience start to finish. Our salesman was personable, knowledgable, and explained everything in detail; had sample windows to examine and test out and gave us options for payment plans and helped negotiate our final costs. The measurement tech was equally friendly and thorough. The office staff kept us informed of the window construction and delivery timelines right up to the installers' arrival. That crew was amazing. We replaced 25 windows of every shape and size across a large and tall house. It took this well-oiled machine of a crew less than two full days to complete everything, right down to raking our lawn and sweeping our driveway before they left. They were the very definition of professional. Polite, focused on-task, ready to answer any question, mindful of pets and flower gardens. The windows look incredible and work wonderfully. We heartily endorse Hansons!
