1-800-Hansons Did a Great Job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower with handicap accessible handles and a bench. I had a wonderful experience from the very knowledgeable and hands-on sales person Jeff, to the friendly and very professional installation guys Brent/Brett, they protected my carpet and cleaned up everything wonderfully and was done in 1 Day, Amazing! Everything was priced within my budget and spot on with the timeline that Jeff gave me. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Hansons to anyone that needs this tub shower conversion done. I got 4 different estimates and Hansons won hands down. Thank you 1-800-Hansons YOU ROCK!

The job wasn?t 100% complete before being charged monthly payments. Wasn?t told the truth about financing and they?re charging an arm in a leg for don?t believe low interest rates ask them how the payments work. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail in which they do not respond to. When I finally got a hold of a representative she hung up on me and was very rude. Have to call them for information because they won?t contact you about uncompleted work or orders. Bad Bussey very bad business put me in a bad situation. Would go with another company.

Install seemed to go OK, crew was great - only reason I?m giving two stars. Communication with this company was horrendous. Scheduling my initial measurements was hilarious, because their staff doesn?t understand that I work on call and my schedule can change - I would give them at least 24 hours notice in the event I needed to reschedule (which is 26 hours more notice than they gave me). The grumpy old lady that handles the scheduling gave me attitude over it - the idea that I could POSSIBLY need to reschedule - like it was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and almost lost my business right then. Stupidly, I brushed off her attitude and incompetence, and decided to proceed since I had a signed contract anyway. They were supposed to show up between 8am-12pm - waited till 10am (after I took the day off work and lost several hundred dollars) to tell me the crew couldn?t make it, and rescheduled me TWO WEEKS OUT. Adam Stephenson (from Hansons) came to my home to provide an estimate for a new roof for my house. He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!

Customer service was excellent. Adam was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling.

Word to the wise ? don?t use 1-800-HANSONS for home improvements. Just 2 weeks after they installed a new shower, the entire bathroom flooded today when I took a shower! When we called them, they REFUSED to come back out and said call a plumber because they aren?t responsible? Then they actually had the audacity to ask for $450 they added on to fix the shower ceiling, which they weren't going to do at first. We had to go around and around with them to get them to do it. We spent thousands on this and are now without a shower for who knows how long! They also ripped out the top of the window frame and bracket to fit the shower wall then threw them away so we have no way to hang the curtain back up; left wallpaper hanging and removed a piece of tile and left a spot at the bottom of the wall open. When we actually got them to come back and fix it, they put a poultry amount of grout in the hole, which later caved in leaving a hole again! Horrible experience and horrible customer service!

2 guys installed everything and we’re finished by lunchtime. I LOVE these new windows.

Awesome Amazing job

Absolutely horrible experience. The windows came in weeks after expected delivery date. They were 6 hours late to do install. Didn?t schedule for proper amount of crew required for our size bay window AND didn?t show up with correct trim size for framing window inside!!!! The bay window bench isn?t the measured size. One of the 2 bow window screens has a gap. The front door remained open over 4 hours (house has flies & mosquitoes inside) & total disrespect re: living room & stair carpeting. Dirty tools left on carpet. No covering or protection added in house from dirt Vents were caked with thick dust from cutting temporary wood to finish frame as the installers advised the wrong framing size sent. Complete negative experience. Who knows how many weeks or months it?ll take to replace the screen & complete the framing inside. Even the Regional Operations Manager that was here had no clue on how long it would take. ** PLZ BEWARE **

Raised the price do not trust this company

******** UPDATE FROM INITIAL 2/8/25 POST *********** Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company!!! Suffice it to say, our order placed 2/8 HAS YET to show up!!! One delay after another. Multiple excuses & apologies (as well as our $6,000 deposit) later, we?ve been given YET ANOTHER estimated date of delivery as 5/19. Infuriated is NOT the word for how we feel. Look seriously to any other company except this one.

Today I had a very sweet gentleman Alex Mader in Sioux Falls, SD. Come to my house to go over options and prices for installing a shower then changed my mind to a bathtub then bath and shower.... then doing both bathrooms we went over LOTS of options (slightly indecisive and perfectionist). Our meeting took lots of time he was extremely patient and kind no pressure sales person. I was going to shop around for the best price but purely off of his personality I trust him and choose to do business with only Hanson's I can only hope that everyone else there is as personable and knowledgeable as he was.
