Home inspection company providing complete home inspections for potential buyers and homeowners considering the sale of their home. Inspections can be performed 7 days a week, with short notice. All inspections included detailed report, typically completed in 24 hours. Reports included thorough description of findings and digital pictures documenting conditions observed. All areas of the home are examined, including, but not limited to, plumbing, electric, heating, air conditioning, roof, foundation, structure, and termites. Owner / operator holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and completed Home Inspection Licensing Program at Molloy College.

Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is flexible with his schedule (came to do a home inspection on a Sunday with two days notice), thorough with his inspection (with both details and photos), easy to understand as he walked us through the process/his report (used layman's terms so we could follow along), and made recommendations for any required "fixes". He was also diligent in his follow up and made sure we knew he was available for any questions afterward! Ultimately, we did not wind up moving forward with the first home he inspected for us but we will absolutely be utilizing his services again. Thanks, Grant!
