They took two days, because they did not have the needed tools to do the job. This was a move out and move in cleaning.

Canceled initial appt because she was concerned with the weather that was windy and cold. she previewed the job and assured me she could satisfactorily complete it. The windows were streaked and unclean. She left water spots and tracked dirt on my floor.
