The first time I was extremely happy with the group consisting of the owner and two workers. They worked very hard and fast, and the small bachelor unit was cleaned very well. The agreed upon charge was $50, which embarrassed me so I added another $40 for their dinner. The second time the owner arrived with one worker, who was very good, but as a whole the work was done not as well or quickly. When asked, I was told it was $200. The price quadrupled from the first time for much less work done and one less worker. Without a previous agreement, I had no choice but to pay the amount. The owner is clever and not to be trusted. I had planned to use them on a continuing basis every three months, but with a number of semi-valuable items in my unit I would feel more comfortable with another company. I m not making any charges - just that I would be more comfortable, which is important to me.

This is the second time I have used Edwina and her FABULOUS crew. She came back for a Deep Cleaning Service after my tenants moved out. I can happily say that I moved back into an absolutely sparkly, shiny house. It felt great to be home. Edwina is so gracious, and it is obvious that her crew loves her. Her husband, Ponch, is top-notch with the business end and follow through. They are true professionals, and who does not love to work with happy people? The whole experience was a pleasure, and I recommend their services highly.

They busted their butts. Everything looked good except for the S/S sinks. When I pointed them out, the gals cleaned them adequately. I was unhappy they charged me more than the original estimate. Also, they canceled at the last minute (Ponch and Edwina gave conflicting reasons why), but they showed up the next morning.

Very personable and friendly!! And they listened to my list of needs and wants. I'll definitely hire them again

Very attentive to detail. Responds to phone calls and texts. Were able to put my very busy sons house back into shape. I'm hoping he has them come twice a month to stay on it. :)

Edwina and her crew are exceptional. They were steps ahead of me on anything I want to have cleaned and polished. Each room in my home is spotless after they finish! I have had many cleaning services over the past 30 years in 3 different states.. But never in all that time have I felt privileged to have a crew in my home as I have experienced with this cleaning service. I am a picky and detailed on a tight budget, which makes it difficult. Until Happy Cleaning Services came into my life, I have felt I have never really receive the level of services that I was paying. I really enjoyed having each one of this crew, lead by Edwina in my home. You should be equally impressed with the level of skill, ethics and dependable professionalism provided. But you can’t have them on my day of the week!
