Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
I was very disappointed with their service. Yes, John was very nice, however our pool looked horrible within two days of them coming out to clean it. They cleaned it a total of 5 times and it was only after the first time that it actually looked like someone had cleaned it. After the cleaning on the 5th time it was like it was never cleaned at all. There was green all around the corners of the pool and ALL over our spa. They left their empty pool containers in our grass. We couldn't even swim in it after they "cleaned it on Friday" because it was so cloudy and the DE covered the bottom of the pool. Our filter was not put back on properly and water was leaking while we were out of town. Just so many things were not professional and the pool was NEVER clean lol. I sent pictures to John and received NO response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Response from Happy Dayz Pool Service, LLC
"While I appreciate feedback from all customers regarding our service, the information in this review is not correct. We never opened or serviced the pool filter as stated above. The customers husband actually did this. I do not even know what pool containers being left is referring too. There is nothing we bring to the pool that would be left. Pictures were sent to me concerning her pool with the comment she was cancelling service so no further communication was needed. I have texts from her backing up my statements in the event anyone would like to see them."
