"Hi Theresa, Thank you! I hope you enjoy your new home!"
"Hi Zac, Thank you. I hope you enjoy your new home!"
"Hi Jeff, The only two area's not inspected by going into them was the attic because there is no floor, and the crawlspace because it was full of water. I do not know of any inspector that would go into either location because of those reason's. The attic having no floor is a hazard to put holes into the ceiling, plus possible injury if you mis-step and miss a ceiling joist. The Crawl space full of water is a hazard because of the possibility of electrocution if wires are in the water, and the bacteria that might be in the water. Thank you for your review, I just wanted to point out the reason's those two area's were not entered physically."
"Thank you Leon!"

"Sorry you feel that way Jennifer. It states in the report that the dishwasher was not inspected due to it was not plugged in. The water heater was not inspected because its power was shut off at the breaker. it is an industry standard to not plug in items or turn on items if they have been shut off for some reason by the owner or agent."
