If you see below at my bathroom review I mentioned hiring Mark for replacing an old fence in my back yard. He advised me on how he could do my entire yard with no issues for my Doberman to have room to run and play. I went with his great advice again and am so happy I did. LOVE the fenced yard and my dog has the best time now running and playing ball and me without worry of him going in the road. Thank you Mark! I look forward to hiring you for my next project!

From the initial free consultation to completion of work repairing/repainting our exterior garage facing and installing a new mailbox, Mark Guagenti outshined his competitors. He responded to our initial contact within a few days during a busy summer season. He met with us and went over in great detail the scope of the project, answering all questions satisfactorily. He approached our project conservatively and appropriately, with an emphasis on doing the job to a high standard without unnecessary and costly methods. He showed up for the job on schedule, staying in touch beforehand. His coworkers were equally skilled, dedicated and very pleasant. Place was perfectly cleaned up at the end and price was very fair. We look forward to hiring Mark and his crew again for future home improvement work!

Several floor tiles were loose with the grout cracking and missing. Mark removed, reset and grouted tiles. A challenging job because some of the tiles were under baseboard and door trim. Moreover, the original grout color was discontinued. Mark removed the tile maintaining baseboard, trim perfectly intact. Mark found a grout matching the original. Furthermore, he was able to reuse the tiles. The tiles are now reset solid and the floor looks amazing. Thank you, Mark, for your expertise and attention to detail.

Mark was exceptional! I would highly recommend him for a bathroom tile project. My bathroom tile was leaking and I decided it was time to do an update. All I wanted to do was replace the tile and put new fixtures in. Mark inspired me to add a Niche in the wall of the tub and I'm SO glad I did. I put marble inside the Niche and it looks absolutely gorgeous! It wasn't an easy job but he worked so hard and long days to get it done. He hardly took any breaks. I'm thrilled and my family and friends are amazed at the difference. My next door neighbor has hired him after seeing my bathroom results. Also, he cleaned up after himself everyday. Very professional! I am looking forward to having Mark replace my fence next! Thank you Mark for your impeccable work!!

"For any customers and/or prospective customers, I respectfully urge you to review my response. If I was to deserve a 3 star rating I'd gladly receive it. I stand by my craftsmanship. As a professional, my evaluation of a job at the time of estimation should be taken into consideration by the client. In this case, I carefully advised Mrs. L.[Consumer name withheld at their request] about what was possible due to the limitations set forth by the low quality of the original tile installation I was expected to match. I take small jobs because most contractors see no profit in them. The difference between my company and theirs, is I will put the same attention to a small project as I would a more profitable one. I agreed to take this as an opportunity to make a happy customer rather than for profit. I did this small project for absolutely nothing. The task at hand was to add onto a backsplash that was installed by the builders. There are some aspects of the job which we're out of my control. The existing backsplash layout was not symmetrical, the countertop from one end to the other was not in plane which created grout lines that went from 1/16th to as big as 3/16', and the tile company the customer chose to deal with, instead of the one I recommended, provided the wrong corner tile after waiting for a week and a half, which I had to correct from my distributor mid project. Furthermore, I had my painter come in to trim in my silicone. He also touched up the whole area that was marked up from the articles that were hanging on the wall at no cost to the client. Ultimately, I tried very hard to make Mrs. L. [Consumer name withheld at their request] happy. This job didn't sit well with me, but in hindsight, I did the best I could with what I had to work with and made $0."

Mark , the owner, was incredibly professional and went out of his way to make sure we got what we asked for. He even went so far as to bring paint swatches for us to choose from and then went and purchased samples for us to test(at no extra charge to us). I cant say enough about the quality of his work. Everything came out better than I thought it would. Would highly recommend him.

We found Mark a few months back and had him rescreen our front porch, we were very impressed with his excellent work, he was very professional. We needed to have some painting done along with some touch up on tile. We called Mark . Once again, Mark was on time, did an excellent job, works hard. We love the fact that our dogs loved him, he is honest and had no problem having him work in our home while we were at work- he cleans up everyday and is on time - We would use Mark for our next project. We highly recommend his quality of work , politeness and his pricing is spot on.

Mark was hired to do many projects around my home. He installed new faucets in kitchens and baths. Replaced the guest bath double vanity top, installed new vanity/sink in 2nd bath. Installed new toilets and light fixtures, medicine cabinet and mirrors and new shower heads. Replaced kitchen counter tops and light fixtures and installed new dishwasher and microwave. He installed closet hardware. Also he installed kitchen and bathroom back splashes and did tile work in dining room too. He did much more but those are the highlights. I was very pleased with Mark's work. He has an eye for detail, is skilled at many things, and delivers a quality product. His professional demeanor is refreshing. I could count on him to be on time and to do the task at hand without having to oversee his work. He was also great at communicating with me if there were any variances or concerns that he came across. He will definitely be first on my "to call" list for future needs around the house. They take their time and do excellent work. They refused to cut corners and were overly conscientious about cleaning up every day. They always used drop clothes and even swept out the garage. The work they did for the price was well worth the investment!!! Two of the best professionals I've dealt with in my 37 years in Florida Thank you guys very much!!

They are professional, honest and prompt. They did a great job repairing the windows and having the screens replaced. I would suggest hiring them for any job needed in your home. I plan on having them do additional work.

Mark and his team did an excellent job in re-hanging a kitchen table chandelier that needed some drywall repair and a stronger source to attach the swag eye-screw. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their desire to do the right thing. Communication was excellent and there were no surprises....they have definitely made my handyman team! Thanks for a great experience....highly recommended to anyone!

These two gentlemen were the greatest to work with. They explain exactly what they are doing, they were able to hang a heavy and delicate crystal chandelier from a 15 foot ceiling beautifully. They were on time, professional and very nice. They are on the top of my priority list. The knowledge, caring and overall integrity is invaluable.

Mark and Justin were professional, punctual, and friendly. They installed a new threshold at our front door as well as a new closet organization system. They were extremely careful to do the job right and left my house spotless afterward. We will definitely be hiring them again!
