Doors - Repair
It is very hard to get someone who is competent and willing to make relatively minor repairs. Mr Deering fit the bill. I had a sunroom storm door that was sticking and the door frame was no longer square. This alignment problem caused the door lock and latch to fail. The larger problem was that the people who had constructed the sunroom had not properly attached the framing for the sunroom to the existing house. Happy Home Repairs firmly reattached the sunroom to the house and was able to install a new door latch onto the existing door that had nonstandard latch cutouts .

Roof - Clean
You need not to search any further than Mark to complete your work! He did a great job on our roof, facia, soffit and painting the frim around the house. We are having him come back to do additional jobs. Mark has a great work ETHIC and his rates are reasonable and he his DEPENDABLE. He does what he says he will do and more. Great experience. Showed up on time for estimate and work. Fence materials were as represented. Completed work on time and for the amount of the estimate. I recommend Happy home repair for fence installation.
