He is diligent, quite intelligent, and his repairs, improvements are done very well, on time, and he keeps in communication if there are issues getting something fixed, or obtaining replacements. And I learn from his work and his advice. His work at my house has included improving the front porch, installing lighting for the kitchen, repairing chairs, and fixing sink facets. My house is 90 plus years old. His first work with the house was to fasten closed the door to the coal bin when, long ago, the heating came from burning coal. That job, and every job since, has been excellent.

My project included replacing 3 basement window, installation of under cabinet range hood and repair holes in basement room ceiling. I was so happy with the results. The windows are such an improvement and Eric provided a good option to replace the old windows economically while not sacrificing quality. He spent time to help me pick out the right range hood to fit the space. The installation turned out so well. The repair of the ceiling was so good that you canâ t tell where the holes were. I would definitely use Eric again. I also appreciate his professionalism in communicating with me.
