He has not finished but we scheduled two projects

The owner would not return phone calls nor respond to e-mails. We had a sunroom added on to our home. The storm door was not installed properly, so insects come in around the side of the door, the trim has come off the door. An inspector found issues with the installation of the siding. There are areas that could look more professional, it looks as though they ran out of material; trim is missing. We lived up to our side of the contract, with payments; I wish the contractor would live up to their side of the contract with service and professionalism.

I hired Happy Home Service after they presented anot acceptable quote of some frame and beam installation work. I have since hired them to do more work on the same project.

They were prompt and provided great communication. When the scope of the job increased for some unseen framing damage, they were able to easily handle that as well, and gave me a fair price for the extra work.

Provide Povided a detailed estimate after a thorough assessment of the work to be done. The crewswho did the work were professional and thorough. The quality was excellent. I would use this contractor again and highly recommend them.

Generally, I think the work quality was good. The end result is what I wanted. The issue lies in the quality of the scheduling and how the bid was quoted to me. The company took 6 weeks to complete what was a 2-3 day job. I was just a lower priority job for their crew. They also never seemed to be coordinated with when the material would arrive. So the crew would arrive and they wouldn't have sashes or trim board, etc. Also, they missed quoting window sashes that obviously needed to be replaced, so it felt like the original quote was low balled. I also had an issue midway through the job and sent an email to the owner and never heard back from him via email or phone call. But boy he and his foreman could harass me the day he wanted his final check. He knew I was unhappy and didn't try and address the situation. For me, it was an unsatisfying ending.

This team is amazing, quality work & great people. They completed several projects for us this summer. They designed the perfect pergola, painted our home & garage, installed an attic fan, painted our garage floor, installed new outdoor lights, created 2 closets from attic space, installed new fixtures in the baths, fixed flashing on our chimney. Their work was so good we just kept adding projects to the original pergola. We were very happy with their work. I expect we will see them again in the future.

My home was broken into and I needed a new door installed. Charles and his crew were at my home within hours after I contacted him about needing the door repaired. He had to order a new door unit; however, the crew made sure the damaged door was secured during the time it took for the new door unit to arrive. His supervisor Jose was outstanding!! He kept me informed of every detail during the project. His work and the crew that helped him was excellent. I am very satisfied with the end result.

Charles did a great job, even as work exceeded his original scope. Will definitely use again for future projects.

Charles and his crew went above and beyond to finish building a wall for our business. They finished on time in spite of weather conditions. The existing walls were tore down and new walls were put up and painted in a tight three day time period all at a very reasonable price. Timely, Worked quickly.. But they were very clear that quality and getting the job right was important. The results showed it.

Charles and his crew were tremendously detailed and wanted the project (deck) to look exactly the way we wanted. Even though they were terribly busy this time of year, they worked tediously to begin and finish the project in a week despite changes in the design and permit requirements. It turned out beautifully! They cleaned up and really did an excellent job... Thanks, guys! We will use you on whatever projects come up next. How about a fence?

We have moved many times with my career and have done 4 remodels. This was the most significant project we had taken on to date. Charles gave a very fair price, great attention to detail, and just a great person. Extremely honest, transparent and flexible. We met daily to go over plans. His crew was outstanding and really cared about doing good work (they like cookies for a little additional incentive). Would highly recommend Charles and Happy Home Specialists for jobs large and small.

Very nice guy, worked fast and was very clean

Charles Team did a great job paining my house. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work they did. The men were very polite and friendly.. I also had Charles widen my driveway. I plan on using him again.

We hired Charles to install french doors to our office, install a storm door that did not fit our front door opening, install/add chair rail and crown molding, and repair/paint our deck. Charles came out the same day I called to give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgable. His foreman, Steve, and his crew got to work right away. They were always on time, professional, polite and left the house spotless when they left for the night. Steve was great and a perfectionist. We had an issue with the french doors where they did not line up right. It was no fault of Charles/Steve/ or the workers. The door was made wrong. Charles did not even hestitate to say that he would reorder another pair out of his pocket and reinstall them. But, Steve came back and worked an entire day and he was able to get them to line up so no new doors were needed. The chair rail and crown molding look great. The storm door was a challenge as it did not fit the frame but Steve and the crew worked tireless and efficiently to get it fitted. Charles' work is excellent and his prices fair. Would not hestitate to recommended him and will be using him again.

Comment: The quality of work was excellent. we have hired other painters but these guys are the best. They pay attention to detail and point out anything that doesn't look right. The crew was professional, polite and they really care about their work. Charles' quote included everything. They didn't nickel and dime me with extras including painting exterior front door (the others guys do nott do this). Top quality materials were used; PVC for wood repair and Sherwin Williams super paint for trim/siding. Hire these guys. You won't be disappointed. I will again in the future on other projects.

We hired Charles to replace all the siding on a foreclosure home we bought. He did an amazing job. Our house is one of the best looking in the neighborhood now. We are always getting complements on how great it looks. Charles goes above and beyond to make sure everything is top notch and looks great when he is done. His team was also super nice and they were done in no time. I would and do recommend him to anyone looking to get some work done on their home. They wont regret it.
