Happy Homes Lath and Plaster and Roofing, L.L.P.

Saul and his crew’s did an amazing job on replacing the shingles to metal roof and decking the whole roof, after inspecting !

Saul and his team are punctual, hardworking and trustworthy. Saul is professional, respectful and thorough with his work. He answers all your questions. He explains everything he is going to do. And in the process he taught me a few things about interior painting as well! They take pride in their work so you know they will do a good job. He is very good at keeping you updated with pictures and highly responsive with texts and emails.

Saul and his team did an amazing job on our roof and mold removal. He sent pictures of the projects before and after and took great care into making sure it was up to standards. He was great at communicating with me during the process. They had some set backs with the snowy weather but that didn't stop them from getting the project done in a timely manner. I asked him about the 1 star reviews I saw on yelp and asked him if he could reassure me that the project would get done correctly and completely. He very clearly explained to me why he received those reviews and assured me they take pride in their work and it would get done completely and correctly. I am very pleased with how the roof turned out.

Saul Nevarez is a thief and a liar. We hired Happy Homes to build our garage a year ago and he still has not completed the job, it is only half done and he is been paid in full. He continues to lie to us with promises of coming next week. And still has the nerve to ask for more money and more work without completing what he has been paid to do. He has left a mess at our property, and installed a man door incorrectly, it does not even close. The roof trim is missing end caps which is something so minor that he could have fixed easily but can not even do that. We have worked so hard to have our garage built and put all our hard-earned savings into this project only to have this inexperienced liar steal it. Do not ever hire this thief. We have nothing good to say about this unprofessional kid.

Saul is a thief and a liar. Hired him to build my garage and it is not even halfway done he has run off $20k of mine

Do NOT give this man any of your money. He stole 5500 from me and never did even HALF of a small 5x7 laundry room that he started in July 2022. It is November. The nights are in the 30s and below. He left a great big gaping hole in the wall where all the elements can come in. There are holes between the walls, and floor-ceiling up to 6-inch holes. He lost his draft of the project and kept asking for money for windows that he did not remember where on the drafting sheet. He constantly threatens me If you do not give me more money this job will take longer. I am a 66-year-old woman who he felt he could take advantage of and he did. STAY AWAY

Got a big job done in a timely manner and priced very fair. Did several projects over a short time.

I needed 3 Spanish roof tiles replaced, roof penetrations sealed, and some stucco repair. Their price was competitive with 4 other bids. Selected them because they could do roof tiles and stucco, and said they would leave behind spare tiles and color coat. They did the job in under two days. Stucco matching was very good. Online payment was very convenient. They were friendly and easy to work with.

They had great customer service. They worked with your schedule with no issues. The roofers were friendly and professional. Was very please with my overall experience with the company. Would definitely use them again for other jobs around the house.

Saul was very courteous and professional. Steve was friendly and explained what he was doing as he was working. Both men answered all my questions. What I can see on the flat part of my roof, they did a great job. On the pitch part of my roof they were to sealed all the penatrations. I cannot get up there to see but I am confident they did what they were hired to do. I will hire them again for other jobs.

Saul has excellent Cust Serv skills. He was not pushy, he let us decide and choose every step of the way. He delivered as he promised. He kept us informed every step of the project. That was important to us. The crew was very respectful and got right to work upon arrival. I plan to use Happy Homes again in the near future. I 110% recommend Happy Homes for your roofing needs.

Great work. The guys showed up on time, and did an outstanding job. Very respectful, and friendly. Will definitely give them a call for future projects.

Saul's attitude and professionalism can only be described as excellent. His employees are equally so. Lorenzo and Roman did an excellent job re-roofing a workshop. They removed the old material and applied the new roof and cleaned up completely in one day.

Great job by a hard working crew. Our house looks wonderful. Stucco repairs are completely invisible. Great value for the money.

Saul and his crew did an excellent job putting a new roof on my home. They showed up on time and my roof was finished in just 1 1/2 days! They cleaned up after themselves and we're very courteous. I would hire this company again. They do much more than roofs and based on the work they did for me I will hire them for future home repairs.

Job turned out great guys were on time worked hard clean up the job site.

I have been dealing with problems for years on my flat roof. Everyone I met said they knew everything about roofing, Not true. Saul Nevarez Jr seen my situation and gave me an estimate. He claimed 1 to 2 days to complete and that is what they did. Very professional job done in less time and at the price he quoted me. I will be hiring Happy Homes to complete the inside repairs needed from having the bad roof for so long. Thank You HomeAdvisor for giving me Happy Homes or I would not be where I am today. Thank You, Saul at Happy Homes.

Happy homes went Above and beyond by making it easy to complete the job from beginning to the end of the project. Saul and his team are punctual, knowledgeable and excel in customer service. I will be using them again!

Great owner and crew! I even gave the crew a tip!

We needed a small section of plaster ceiling removed , patched, and textured to match in our 1930s home due to some water damage. In dealing with Happy Homes Lath and Plaster we experienced good communication, and quality workmanship. I would recommend this company.

Hired Happy Homes LP&R for a roof and stucco job on our little rental house in Nob Hill. Very punctual and professional, returns calls promptly, great work quality, efficient crew, good warranty, clean job site, impressive work ethic. Project turned out beautifully, very impressed.

Prompt, Professional, Quality work. Will use again, when needed.

Excellent job, will use this company again.

Saul Nevarez and crew did an outstanding job of prepping and fixing water damaged stucco and blemishes on the exterior of our home. They aligned Southwest Seamless Gutter to put new gutters on our home on eaves that did not have them. The lack of gutters caused the stucco damage. Happy Homes power washed the exterior, caulked seams and hairline cracks, then applied a new coat of elastomeric paint. They painted all roof vents to match the new home color. They also power washed my stand alone shop and applied a new coat of house color matching paint. They were exceptional in covering and protecting windows, brick facade and sidewalks/gravel landscape. Then they power washed all horizontal surfaces to wrap up the job. The team was very pleasant and was easy to work with. I will be using them for future home improvement projects. Thanks Guys!!
