Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
Have had to make several calls to them to fix the siding that fell in January. Came out in June put a nail through it and said he would be back to replace that piece. One year later still waiting. Does not answer calls.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Happy Roof took on a deck repair job that they were not qualified for. As of April 30, we terminated our relationship for work not completed that started in October 2017. We simply were not a priority, they repeatedly missed their commitments, repeatedly didn't show up when they said they would, and used unqualified workers.

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Had work done in October, has reported what needs to be done, that wasn't done correctly to don, but yet and still when I call their number the mailbox is full. Even though he has been getting back with me and has not... knowing he knows about the situation..I had no problem giving them my money, but I am having a hard time getting my situation corrected.. so now I guess maybe I can have BBB to say something.. and see if I may be able to get help from the attorney general. I will never recommend them for anything. I should have gone with whom I normally goes with, would have not run into these problems. Never again.

This 3 day project took approximately 11 weeks to finish. While the workmanship appeared to be very good, the promised length of time to finish this project never happened. Aggravating.

It did take an unacceptable amount of time to complete. The hardest part for me is knowing we are capable of so much better. As the owner of this company I take full responsibility for myself and my team, I can't deny we missed the mark on this project-- big time. If its any comfort please know I take situations such as this seriously. After analyzing and talking it through with Chrissy, we have decided to implement a plan to improve our hiring and screening process, improve our communication and time management skills too. The way we approach managing specialty tradesman has changed too. I am reducing my onsite workload in an effort to make myself readily available more often when and if we have workers who disappear like that again.
