No more damage to your property. No more open ended remediation projects. If your tank is leaking, a Notice of Residual Petroleum (NRP) can be filed on the properties deed which simply acknowledges the contamination and restricts any drinking water wells from being drilled within 150' of the impacted area. The NRP is the only State compliance requirement, and if filed, it provides a No Further Action (NFA) closure letter without having to pay for a $10,000 cleanup. We can & will remove an aboveground storage tank (AST) if you have one.
