About us
Happy Valley deals strictly with residential home heating oil underground storage tanks (UST's). We can assess the potential for contamination from the fuel tank, and if found leaking, we offer cost effective solutions that do not include heavy machinery digging up your yard. Happy Valley does things the old fashioned way with a wheel barrow and a shovel. Happy Valley specializes in tank closure in place since it is less costly and less invasive. No more damage to your property. No more open ended remediation projects. If your tank is leaking, a Notice of Residual Petroleum (NRP) can be filed on the properties deed which simply acknowledges the contamination and restricts any drinking water wells from being drilled within 150' of the impacted area. The NRP is the only State compliance requirement, and if filed, it provides a No Further Action (NFA) closure letter without having to pay for a $10,000 cleanup. We can & will remove an aboveground storage tank (AST) if you have one.
