Matt came and installed a chimney liner and a cap on our chimney. He promised a life time warranty and said he would be back "every year" to inspect it. Within the first year the cap blew off. I have TRIED TO CONTACT HAPPY VALLEY CHIMNEY & MASONRY MANY TIMES NOW WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS A BAD BUSINESSMAN!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

They were very prompt. The price was reasonable, the work was fast, efficient and warrantied and they fixed the problem.

We had a very good experience with Happy alley Chimney and Masnory. He respected our budget and gave us multiple options to fix our chimney leak..and we felt that he was very honest with us. We had many other estimates from other companies prior to Happy Valley Chimney that were extremely costly and they recommended work that wasn't required (yet very expensive). It was a relief to have an honest opinion. He explained things very well to us and showed my husband our cracks in person up on the roof. He did the work fast and no mess..I would recommend Happy Valley Chimney & Mansonry.

I had my chimney cleaned and a wood stove installed with a liner. I had an excellent experience he was professional, on time, gave me sources to buy a wood stove and completed the job as he stated. I am a happy customer. I will use hire him again in the spring for additional work. Thanks Laura

I haven't actually hired them to do the chimney work yet, but I will. Matt and his associate came out to the house I'm buying to do a chimney inspection. They were five minutes early, got to work right away, and were honest and direct with the options and their suggestions. I received an e-mailed report later that day. Once we own the property, I will be hiring them to do my work.

When I talked to Matt on the phone he said that he would be at the house by 9 AM and that the job would take one hour. Matt arrived at the house at 8:30 AM and it took him exactly one hour as he said to complete the job. I am impressed with Happy Valley and plan to use them again on the next chimmney sweep.
