Vinyl Siding Repair or Partially Replace
Mr. Harbaugh tried his best to do the job. He was friendly and he was willing to negotiate on the work. When the job was done, it was done correctly. These are the only positive things I can say. Beyond that, the job took 10x longer than necessary, he was unreliable, and he did not always return calls within the same week. He required a substantial amount upfront and the required payment to be written to him personally instead of his business. I honestly did not know if he would show up to start or when the job would be completed. He seems to be a nice enough guy and finally completed the work. However, I could never rehire him even though I have more of the same work that needs to be done.
