Chris called right away and came over when it was convenient for us to give us an estimate. Within 1 day (two 1/2 days) our yard was exactly what we asked for. In fact we are getting another estimate to get the yard loamed and taken care of. We will use Harbor Contracting for all of our yard needs. I would highly recommend this contractor.

I had a complicated situation concerning a fence to be installed on top of a significant slope of my driveway. Chris visited the property twice to assess the job, called me to discuss the most cost effective approach to correct the problem, emailed me promptly with his proposal and showed up to perform the work when he said he would. He is thorough and trustworthy. I plan on hiring him again to perform additional grading work. He is one contractor you don't have to stay home to supervise. I highly recommend his work.
