David and his crew came in where another contractor left me high and dry for a year and a half...They listened to our ideas and concerns regarding remodel of a 1960's full bathroom and gave my wife the bathroom she had been dreaming of...Cost of remodel was right on target with their estimate while using the supplies I had already on hand and getting whatever else that was required...Will definitely use them again for a remodel of our master bedroom expansion in the near future...They were able to rectify electrical issues created by previous contractor and corrected walls open to the elements and exposed live electric wires in a timely manner...

I worked with the owner over several months for a kitchen remodel, upstairs flooring install, and stairwell work. We verbally agreed and shook hands on an overall price with cabinets of $23k, but he kept delaying the cabinet design and finalizing the contract until he finally just stopped returning my calls and messages. He might do good work when he is on the job, but this is not professional behavior. There's another review in here that shows a similar pattern of behavior, so just be cautious of this.

He came out and looked at the project and quoted me an estimate of around $10,000.00 and we shook on it and then he left. He was supposed to come back two days later and he never showed. I called him and left a message but the call was never returned. I called again to see why they didn't come back out and was told that he didn't leave the house for less than $20 grand. He said he gave me a really good deal and he didn't think I appreciated it. I did appreciate it that is why I accepted and shook his hand. He was very polite even when telling me I basically was not worth work for.

"We appreciate all feedback and while negative reviews are always hard to read, they help us do better. This is a clear case of miscommunication. We don't charge for estimates and even though it takes valuable time away from working on a current customers job, it's a balance we try to master. We spent an extensive amount of time reviewing this project and our impression was; this job is more extensive than the customer anticipated in regards to structural work and cost. She had other work done on the cheap that we would also have to rectify and that is apparently when I discussed our cost structure with a full crew for two weeks that includes labor, insurance, drive time, permits, material, workers comp. We would have made it right and we will not compromise on quality or cut corners. We seemed to be so far apart that I didn't even write an official quote. I know how stressful it is to hire a contractor and I shake everyone's hand for allowing me to have the opportunity to do the work.
