Scott was great and very cooperative. His guys did an outstanding job finishing my bathroom. Even when the plumbers did a less than adequate job installing my shower walls, his guy made it right without us having to ask him to.

Hired Harbour Painting to paint almost the entire interior of our new house. We closed on the house on a Tuesday, and we wanted to have the job done before movers brought our stuff on the following Monday. They were able to finish the job in this time frame without losing any quality of work; they even worked Easter Sunday. I was a little hesitant to spend so much to have people do something that we could really do ourselves, but I think it was some of the best money I ever spent. It would have taken us months to get everything painted, and our lines and coating would never have been as perfect. Our house looks fantastic!

Pricing was very competitive to two of three contractors contaced. Job involved painting three popcorn ceilings (kitchen and two bedrooms) over course of two days. Repair of the ceilings (i.e., retaping and patch work) was required which necessitated second day. The workmanship was excellent. The smell from the anti-stain treatment lasted for two days and was overpowering for the first 12hrs. The job came out great and I only wished that more details of what the job would be like was better explained up front. There was some major cleanup afterwards in the surrounding room. I would hire these same guys in the future anytime.

Recovery Service - Fire or Smoke Damage
Having had years of experience over seeing subcontractors perform work, I was accustomed to expect to identify a list ofitems for minor corrective actions. After personal involvement of the owener of the company, we could identify only a very few items needing work. The final product was delivered on time for the estimated expense detrmined up front. These people are someone I would be happy to work with again.

I want him to be more "on top" of having everything in writing beforehand, with each party having a completed copy. There were some communication glitches that he gave me a quote but then later said it was a "cash price" if I made it out to him personally, instead of company name. I didn't feel comfortable w/ that and that wasn't my understanding when he gave the quote so he allowed me to pay check to his company. The helpers changed and didn't know what the other guy(s) did always. I told them not worrry about the deck but they started it and had to finish it. Could make more profit if kept closer eye on painters...seemed slow, paid by hour?

"This house was painted at the end of the season where we had some unseasonably cold temperatures delaying the completion date. The crew did not change, but the foreman came down with the flue and missed 2 days. We did stain the deck at no additional charge to the customer due to some overspray on a windy day even though they planned to remove the deck. The house looks great& the customer is happy."
