If you are thinking about concrete, Think Hard! Hard Concrete Co. has been serving Hampton Roads since 1992. We are a Class "A" concrete contractor and are proud to offer our new product, "Concrete Fence" to the east coast. We specialize in concrete flatwork including driveways, pool decks, patios, sidewalks, stamped, colored and custom projects. We are a full service company and will gladly give free estimates. Our employees are supervised and we carry all licenses and insurances. Please visit our website and see some of the gorgeous completed projects. Our fence product is our newest addition and we are very proud to offer it. We currently offer "Rock Style" and can custom color to suit your style. This pre-cast fence system is the "Last Fence You Will Ever Need". It is steel re-inforced and is cemented into the ground. You will not ever have to worry about termite or moisture damage. It is an excellent wind and noise barrier and provides you with privacy and beauty!

"Customer had us do a drive by and didn't want to meet. Our price was based on removing and replacing existing driveway & walkway which is 590 sq.ft. Additional work was based on 100 sq.ft. triangle area as per his discription over the phone. He signed the proposal and e-mailed it back to us. I called him to set up a meeting with our foreman to get the layout. The customer misled our foreman by exceeding the 100 sq.ft. triangle area. When starting the layout it came to our attention that it was exceeding the 100 sq.ft. We called the owner and could not get a clear answer on the area. We enlarged the area by 100 sq.ft. exceeding signed proposal"
