Every aspect of the job from start to finish was done correctly, on time and with the utmost professionalism. We had an original contractor who completely dropped the ball and Hard Rock stepped in and simply made it happen. The entire experience was fantastic. Even when obstacles sprang up, which they always do during projects, Hard Rock found a way to resolve any issue and fix any problem. However great they were to work with the finished product was even better. The countertops are simply fantastic. We have had several contractors who have asked for their information to use them going forward. Thom and Sue and all of the folks at Hard Rock Granite and Tile are simply put the best in the business.

I couldn't be happier that I chose Hard Rock Granite and Tile to update my kitchen with granite countertops and subway tile backsplashes and trim. I didn't know at the time that the man who bid my project was the owner of the company and a real "stone man" unlike the other 3 bids I got (all higher) from men who were just salesman---not real experts on granite, quartz, the different kinds of tile, etc. Everything went as planned, the installers were professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. Next up, I'm going to have them update my master bathroom. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Kevin McCarthy

I enjoyed working with Larry Wallace. His advise and recommendations throughout the project played a large part in making this project a success. The installation crews did an excellent job and any questions I had were quickly answered by Larry or Sue. From start to finish working with Hard Rock was a pleasant experience.

The results are awesome! Thom is an expert in his field and Sue keeps the paper moving in the office. They were punctual, worked with our schedule and respected our time.
