If you need anything done with regards to granite or tile you must contact Thom and Sue at Hard Rock Granite and Tile. They are outstanding. Every aspect of the job from start to finish was done correctly, on time and with the utmost professionalism. We had an original contractor who completely dropped the ball and Hard Rock stepped in and simply made it happen. The entire experience was fantastic. Even when obstacles sprang up, which they always do during projects, Hard Rock found a way to resolve any issue and fix any problem. However great they were to work with the finished product was even better. The countertops are simply fantastic. We have had several contractors who have asked for their information to use them going forward. Thom and Sue and all of the folks at Hard Rock Granite and Tile are simply put the best in the business.

I couldn't be happier that I chose Hard Rock Granite and Tile to update my kitchen with granite countertops and subway tile backsplashes and trim. I didn't know at the time that the man who bid my project was the owner of the company and a real "stone man" unlike the other 3 bids I got (all higher) from men who were just salesman---not real experts on granite, quartz, the different kinds of tile, etc. Everything went as planned, the installers were professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed working with Larry Wallace. His advise and recommendations throughout the project played a large part in making this project a success. The installation crews did an excellent job and any questions I had were quickly answered by Larry or Sue. From start to finish working with Hard Rock was a pleasant experience.

As a custom home builder I have had an opportunity to compare the quality, service and pricing of a lot of countertop companies and I can say unconditionally that Hard Rock Granite is a cut above their competition in every category. From start to finish we received prompt, courteous and professional service that is beyond compare. Our sales rep was very helpful with the granite selection process, the office staff closely monitored our construction progress and was very accommodating with the install schedule, and the install crew showed up on time, worked hard and steady all day, and paid close attention to every detail to assure a perfect fit and quality installation. All that at a price that was reasonable and more than competitive. We couldn���t be happier with our choice to go with Hard Rock Granite. Easy to work with. Prompt- if they say they'll be there then you can count on it. Mike did the backsplash and did a wonderful job. If you call them them respond immediately. Finally someone interested in customer satisfaction!!!

They did wonderful job from initial quote to install. The process was well guided and fairly smooth. Tile installer for our backsplash was the most wonderful, helpful, and creative person. Overall project was managed by Larry and he is very courteous and helpful. The only part I did not like was the installation of granite counters. The installers were in the hurry of finishing than doing it right. I had to call them back twice to finish caulking and clean unfinished edges. Minor wall damage during install. Overall, good value and we got what we wanted.

Hard Rock Granite Sales Rep, Roger Gray, Lewisville, TX, was informative and helpful each step of the process. Roger provided not only information regarding the granite countertops but also an under mount sink. Additionally, everyone I spoke with at Hard Rock Granite answered all of my questions professionally and were helpful in assisting in setting appropriate expectations for the install.

Thom came to our home and described in detail how the process works, met my wife at the granite warehouse and helped her pick her granite and provided an outstanding professional job. We love our granite and really appreciate the service we received from everyone in the organization. The cost was reasonable, the selection great and no one could ask for better service.
