I hired Hard Surfaces to install new marble countertops in my kitchen & 3 bathrooms. From the first call into the office to the end of the project; the entire team working there; was awesome. Someone was always available to answer any questions I have. I was able to go to a showroom to view & choose the marble I wanted. The cost was well in my budget. You can tell the installers took pride in their work & always kept a clean working area. My kitchen & bathrooms look amazing. I would & have highly recommended this company to family & friends.

from start to finish hard surfaces has been amazing, I can not put into words on what an amazing job they did !

The service was for granite kitchen countertop installation. H.S. had given us the best bid for the project and timeline for projected work, yet nothing happened as promised. Lack of communication between contractors, sub contractors, installers and the original rep who did bid and estimate. The ball got passed around and dropped a lot on us..there were stalls, errors, change of installers & estimatiors; lack of timeliness. A few examples... An error in the first template, countertop measurements, led to our granite slab being cut short and not able to install; new slab, different installers..measurements still not correct as failed to cut the granite for a seamless kitchen sink which was a priority and written in the agreement. It was one thing we went over with them more than once, making sure it could be done and then buying a new sink to go with it. My husband took the new sink to the installers so they would have it to measure from!! Still didn't get it right. Another disappointment was that the granite slabs had not been polished before installation and looked very marred, scratched. Todd, the owner, came to the house to see the granite install and had someone come out that day and polish it out for us. The granite looks good now but my husband failed to remind Todd about the vanity granite countertop they did in small bathroom, so that one did not get polished. We are not living in the home yet with 35 miles in distance between the homes, so, having to make the trip twice as many times for this project lends some to the unpleasantness of this unfortunate experience.

Excellent experience for minor (50 sq ft) laminate repair. Estimate was reasonable. Installers did an excellent job.
