They were speedy they have quality work. They kept in contact with me!
They came and coated my driveway while I was there and when I asked about the blotchiness, I was assured that it was beginning ti dry and would all even out when all was dry. In fact as it dried the blotches became more apparent, and I am left with a very uneven coat. I have bedb told that they would cone back and fix it but each tine they do not show ip or call. I have made many attempts to get them to fix this but so far they have bot. I would not recommend them nor will I ever go with a mom n pop again. This is the second time I got burned by one and learned you get what you pay for so go with a bog company that will back their work.
They advertised ceiling of all the cracks in the driveway. Within 2 days numerous ant hills emerged. In my opinion, the woman who showed up with a worker to spray the driveway turned out to be a scam artist
We were basically scammed. The woman who came to give the estimate said we needed the cracks filled and the driveway sealed and quoted $400. A young kid came a few days later in a truck with a different company name on it and sealed the driveway but did not fill the cracks. When the kid came to the door to get paid I asked about the cracks and he said the sealant he used was new and strong and made it's own barrier in the cracks and filling them was not necessary. I took pictures of the truck and the garbage he left on our lawn and the cracks that werent filled. It basically looked like he painted the driveway black and within 24 hours there were new ant hills coming up through the cracks that should have been filled. They did not adjust the cost of the job even though the estimate was 400 for filling the cracks and sealing. I have a picture of the quote that was written on the back of the business card. When I tried calling the number listed on the business card I was given to explain my concerns, I got a voicemail. I started leaving a message and my other line beeped in and it was Denise, who had given the initial estimate. She said she heard me calling and tried to assure me their business was on the up and up, and again stated that this product didn't require the cracks to be filled, even though she was the one who came for the original estimate and noted that they did. The website that was listed was a dead-end fake site, and the phone number listed here now is different than any of the numbers on the original business card. I realize it is not an unusual practice to use different crews that are closer to the job site, but we paid $400 for crack filling and seal coating, and they did not complete the job. We now have to get another company to do what they should have done. I just don't want anyone else to get scammed.
