On 20 Feb 2020, Jared did an excellent job at the Rainier Senior Center. I witnessed that and asked him about doing some work for me at my residence. He took my name, phone number, and email. He said he would get in touch with me soon. He did not. Between 24-26 Feb 2020, I called several times. Finally he returned my call and sent two of his workers on 26 Feb 2020. They determined what needed to be done and asked if Friday was ok to return and complete the work. Fine with me. No call on Thursday, 27 Feb 2020, to give me a time for Friday. By 10:00 AM on Friday no call. I called him and asked when he was coming. He replied--Probably on Monday. I reminded him I had no heat in my living room. He said that his guys did not tell him that. So, he told me that he could probably get to my house in the afternoon. By 4:30 PM, no call and no workers. I called him and he told me--sorry buddy not today. No explanation, no apology, no firm date or time. I fired him and told him that I would find someone who was more honest and dependable. I sent him an email detailing his poor customer service--poor communication, broken promises, no explanations, and no apologies. I think that senior citizens especially should beware of this Home Advisor contractor!

Jared and his team were very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained in detail what was going on and options to fix the issue. Very honest and fair. A pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The work was done in a timely fashion. The inspector said that it was well done and highly complimented the work. I will hire them again when I have more work to do and refer them to my friends

Showed up the very next day, did not do the up selling thing, explained what had to be done , I know he is knowledgeable I was very pleased

They completed the work as expected and at the price we agreed upon. Jared was prompt to answer any questions we had on our projects.
