Welcome to Hardwood Floor Restoration. My name is Steve Naccari. We specialize at sanding and refinishing, screening, buffing, re-coating, installation, repairs, step tread and risers, shoe molding,boarders, inlays, retro tread and riser installation. I have been self employed for the past 18 years. I consider myself one of the best in the trade. On average I charge $4-$5 per sq ft. for most services. The price can vary, depending on a few different factors. Including job size, flooring finish products used, staining of hardwood or just natural poly color. I have access to the best brands of hardwoods thru my distributor Derr flooring. I cover all of Delaware and most of PA. "I am sorry you felt the need to write this review. My first mistake was to give you estimate over the phone, because you were in such a hurry to get floors done. I did my best to accommodate your needs. After the floors were sanded and first coat went on you express how happy you were. The color was slightly off and you told me that it was "close enough," you expressed the floor color doesn't have to be perfect." When I finished you expressed your happiness with the floors. I am rather surprised at your review."
