Overall we were satisfied. We thought we were going to have Ryan, and had Brian onstead. He was a very good and a very hard, diligent and hard worker. We were,under the impression that Ryan would be showing up the first day. Again Brian was,good, but it appeared in some situations he did not have the expertise to answer our questions.

Quality of work was excellent

The work was performed in a very timely way and they went above and beyond to repair a fix that was needed in a doorway with no extra charge. My floors are beautiful. In the spring I will have them do the living room.

Everyone that I spoke with was very nice. They kept in regular contact with me, by phone, e-mail and text, whichever I preferred. They returned calls and other communications promptly and showed up on time to do the job. There was absolutely nothing for me to clean up when they left. They gave us great information about follow up about the floor, i.e. when I could move furniture in, and info about maintaining and cleaning. Very good company. I not only would hire them again, but I also would gladly give my recommendation to others that are looking for similar jobs.

I was putting off refinishing my floors because of the dust and with there equipment it was able to refinished with out the dust.

They did a fantastic job.

OMG! Our wood floors are so attractive that it is eye-opening (WOW!). Ryan and Billy made an effort and awesome job into finishing the project on time. Their professionalism was outstanding. I am so pleased that I am doing the "Happy Dance" on my new floors. Thank you fellows for a job well done. We are moving towards to the next project the DECK. Everything was great. Guys did an amazing job. Hardwood floors by halls should be in everyone's home. Try it if you don't believe me. Price was competitive for all the work that they did.
