Booked a deep clean for a 2 bed / 2 bath home. When the cleaners arrived, they asked to borrow our paper towels. That immediately struck us as unprofessional, so we asked whether they had supplies in their car. They did ? but told us, ?We always use the paper towels from the house.? Strange, but we didn?t stop them. While they were working, we texted our contact, Julia, to give feedback about what had just happened. We were not complaining or asking to stop the service ? just sharing feedback. Her immediate response was shocking: ?Ok, I will call them back and stop the cleaning.? We replied, confused, and were told, ?You are not being cooperative. We will cancel the cleaning.? We tried to call her. When she called back, she repeatedly said, ?We are cancelling the cleaning. I am calling them back,? over and over, refusing to let my wife speak. When my wife said, ?Wait a minute ? let me speak,? Julia hung up on us. The entire interaction was absurd and hostile. NO SHOW! Worst cleaning service experience we?ve had.. UNRELIABLE, rude, and UNPROFESSIONAL. We scheduled a full home cleaning via email with Adriana?s Cleaning service on Monday of this week. Confirmed via text the day before. They were 20 minutes late for our 11 AM appt yesterday (with no heads up) when I text to ask where they were and if they were on their way. 15 minutes later I get a reply saying it was traffic that delayed them! To say you run a business and blame your lack of punctuality on traffic (especially when there is almost none at 11AM) is beyond me. My husband & I both scheduled our work around the cleaning appointment & then they canceled & told me they thought I ?would not be easy to work with?. Customer service I rate a ZERO. Service I can?t rate because they were late & cancelled on us the day of cleaning. Please see photos attached with our communication. If you live in the Nashville area, save yourself the hassle and DO NOT use Adriana?s Cleaning Service.

This cleaning service is a rare find, when they came to clean They cleaned... Did not miss any details. I did not have to make any special request because they honestly take pride in doing there work. Every room got the same amount of detail.. 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, dinning room, foyer, kitchen, livingroom and breakfast room... Every corner touched, every window cleaned. Extremely positive attitude.

Adriana did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our home. I've worked with a few other companies that cut some serious corners "cleaning" my home. I'm a very detail oriented person and notice when a half-effort job has been done. I could clearly tell as soon as I walked into my home after Adriana had cleaned my home that she had put a tremendous amount of effort to make sure the job was done completely and with care. I would recommend her to anyone I know if she keeps performing like she has. Job well done!

Adriana did an outstanding job on my home. It is so clean! Windows, baseboards, mini blinds, and floors that shine. My bathrooms have never been cleaner!! She truly went above and beyond!
