It turns out that our refrigerator leak was easy to find and fix: an aged plastic tubing going from the solenoid valve to the ice/water dispenser. He found quickly and repaired in less than 45 minutes. He also cleaned the coils and everything outside of the refrigerator. I would recommend him. How he would do on a tough service problem might be different, but he probably could handle it as well as anyone else. Plus, he was prompt and available.
