He replaced my deck, new flooring inside that is beautiful, and tore out a bad wall and finished it off nice. He also installed a beautiful fire escape window in the basement bedroom that turned out so much better than I could image.

Sam was easy to work with and was always available when I called. Our renovation covered many areas of the house and we had other contractors working wood floors and tile and painting and Sam worked easily with those guys to keep us moving and on a scheadule that was a little crazy from our end. He was a great guy to have on our project and the work was top notch. We will be using him again in the future and I have already recommended him to a co-worker.

These guys are awesome. We wanted to build a wet bar in our basement, which required some demolition, plumbing work, cabinet installations, total rebuild of staircase, new floor and painting. There attention to detail and workmanship is fantastic. They also built decorative wall shelves over the bar. I cannot say enough great things about them. Would hire again in an instant. Realty Renovators is a father-son team, both very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. They are reliable and reasonable in their cost. They have a team of experts working with them that do an excellent job, also. Most importantly, they make sure the work is done right and in a timely manner. I am very confident in their abilities to offer an excellent service. I would hire them again if I had it to do over.

They remodeled a bathroom, built a laundry room addition, turned my old laundry closet into a bar area, built shelves into an alcove I had in my kitchen and installed storm doors I had purchased. Sam listened to what I wanted and made sure the job was completed when I needed it finished. I plan on hiring Sam and John again for more projects I have planned! I am very happy with their work and professionalism.

I hired Sam to remodel my 2500 square foot basement after a flood left me with 18" of water in the basement. His estimate was very reasonable and compared to one of my quotes his estimate was nearly half. All of Sam's subs did excellent work and were very professional.
