Michael was pleasant and reliable. He was able to order the part needed before showing up to fix the problem. I was pleased with his work and hope he will still be an appliance repairman when the time comes that I need one again. His fee seemed reasonable; I did not comparison shop rates. Unfortunately the part was expensive. This was not an easy job for Michael, but he did guarantee his work. However, if other parts are needed, I will be financially responsible. With that being said, I hope he did it right! I would call Michael again for other appliance repairs.

Came on the day and time he said he would. Mike explained what was wrong with the dishwasher...took care of and cleaned up after himself... he also ran the dishwasher through several cycles to be sure the problem was corrected. If any other appliances should have problems..which I hope will not be soon...I would not hesitate to call Hardy appliance!!!!

Mr. Hardy was very friendly, but his service was not at all up to par, and unfortunately I can't give him a good rating for service. He could not solve the problem with our appliance on the first attempt, and we paid him in full. He came out a second time, and had to order another (less expensive part), then it took him another couple of weeks to order and replace the part, because he indicated that he was having a personal financial crisis (not comforting for the consumer). He did finally resolve the problem, but never refunded our money for the difference in the cost of the part.
