Bob was extremely patient took his time and made certain that we were aware of what the causes are for our situation and suggested some simple solutions to assist us in making the VOC issue under control. We learned quite a bit about items we used on a daily basis that we thought were helping but were actually causing more VOC issues. He was professional and understanding I would NOT hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a household voc or mold issue to Hargrove & Associates!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Mr.Hargrove spent extra time with myself and my wife explaining everything in a way we could understand. He is extremely professional and honest. He did not try and up sell anything. His service brought us a peace of mind in knowing my 2 year old son and 8 month pregnant wife are not breathing anything they shouldn't. He made some easy recommendations on how we can lower the 2 readings that were slightly elevated without spending a penny. I wish all companies were like this. Honest, realiable and punctual.

Bob was very accommodating, since I was concerned with the potential asbestos in my house. He was able to juggle his existing projects to safely remove the asbestos product from my house the day of my request. After removal, he tested the air for asbestos and forwarded me the results of an asbestos-free environment. This was a big peace of mind for my family and I.

Bob Hargrove came to my home the same day I called to do the testing. He explained the process and timing for removal up front, which I found very helpful. Once the positive asbestos result came back, he recommended a removal specialist. Everything has gone very smoothly.
