The roof had a few issues, I quite surprised that their estimate was lower than a couple of other estimates. They were prompt and they did good work. They sent photos of the completed work, I questioned a couple of hey did good work, they were prompt. The repairs were complete and I noticed that a couple of items were not to my satisfaction. I contacted the repair manager and within a day they came and completed the work.

I was very impressed by the detailed quote that included several options. There was no pressure to select items we felt we did not need. The roofing crews were very punctual and cleaned up all their debris each day. The Building Inspector volunteered that the job was done very well when performing the final inspection

We had some buckling on our roof and received a couple estimates for the repairs. Harlan was a bit higher than the other but the details for the repairs that needed to be done was more thorough and encompassing of the area in need. We went with Harlan. Our experience, start to completion of the job, was smooth... No surprises.
