Harman worked with me to order the right part without charging for a visit - then called and came on time to install. Furnace motor was blowing again in about an hour. Steve was professional and personable. I am very pleased.

Steve did a great job. He was helpful, answered all of my questions, and explained each step he was doing. On top of that, I called on Saturday morning at 7:30 AM from a hot house, and he was at my home at 8:45 AM. We will be using Harman again.

They came out in about an hour after I called them. My air conditioner was not working. Unfortunately for me my compressor was locked up. They gave me a price and had a new unit installed the next day. I would highly recommend them.

It was great but the cost was too much just to clean it and change the air filter

"I am sorry to hear that you believe the cost was too high. In order to troubleshoot and repair the problem, which was the a/c not cooling properly, we first needed to chemically clean stopped up condensing unit, and replace the dirty filter. The pressures were then checked and the unit began cooling properly. The total cost for this was 210.00"

The only reason I did't give 5 stars was the length of time it took the technician to figure out the problem. Since there is an hourly fee, that added to the cost I had to pay. The fireplace now works fine and he tested it several times before he left. He arrived promptly and was very pleasant.

The technicians were very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The owner, Mr. L Harman, was very kind and accomodating. They trouble shot the problem with my non-functioning gas log fireplace and installed a new set. I am very pleased with the results of completed job.

Both employees were very courteous and took time to explain to me everything that they were doing and why. They fixed the problem and my fireplace is working fine now. They also took time to show me a few things that I could do to save money on my AC unit while they were there. Great customer service.

Prompt ,courteous,professional,extremely extremely knowledgable. Steve was a perfect gentleman from the time I met him at the door til the time he completed the job. He was very very thorough,started at the bottom and worked his way up troubleshooting every nook and cranny of my ancient furnace. Will definitely use this company again. Will definitely get the service agreement for my HVAC. Cost for the repair was very very reasonable.
