Very disappointed with Bert (sales department) and some of their workers. Recently a tree fell on my house, breaking my brand new A/C unit and ductwork. They came and replaces it no problem, but one of the workers broke the air diffuser (ceiling vents) because he had no idea how to open the vent and forced it open. Bert is now refusing to purchase the replacement diffuser that his men broke. I will be getting all of my yearly A/C service done by other businesses from now on.

Omar was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, great w/ our pets, and very courteous. He had the problem fixed, and the heat was back on in no time at all. They are great. Had them install new furnace and ac unit in my old house and I use them in my new house for maintenance servicing. A little pricey based on past experience but they make up for it with quality of work and service

We recently replaced our Heating and cooling systems. The team at Harmony were extremely helpful and professional in accomplishing that goal. Andrew was able to answer every question we had regarding the systems, even to the point of explaining the many types and levels of the heating and cooling equipment. Consequently, we felt very certain that we made the right choice when we selected the system to go with. When installation began Jim and his helper was extremely efficient in removing the old system, checking feed lines, and installing the new equipment. They completed installation in a day and a half and met every special task we had agreed upon. A truly enjoyable experience.

Great work, didn’t rush on payment. Was on time and diligent. Highly recommend them.

Bert and his guys at Harmony installed a new central air conditioning system. They started working at 8am and were finished by 2pm. Bert was honest and knowledgeable throughout the process.

Completed install quickly. Reasonable financing package offered and accepted. Quick to respond to follow up service call.
