We used Harmony to get rid of squirrels in our attic. Craig did a great job and was very persistent, returning on numerous occasions to trap and remove the pests. Very reasonabble charges and a thoroughly nice guy.

I only wish the guy could have figured out where the mice were coming in. He acted like, in an old house, this would be impossible to figure out; but the mouse problem is new. Something on the outside of the house must have changed. My husband and I will have to search for the mouse entrance ourselves.

"That "guy" was me, the owner...Sorry you were not completely satisfied with my service. I've scene a mouse get through a 1/4 in. opening before. Therefore for me, or any company for that matter, to tell you they can seal up a home from a mouse is an unrealistic promise. As with any problem, i.e. A roof leak, plumbing problem or other, a history of no problems is just that. Other exponents can lead to problems over time and some can be addressed, others have to be managed, that hopefully is what my company is doing at this property! I'll offer a free second inspection to try and find any other problems! Thanks for choosing Harmony!"

Mr. Craig Taylor is extremely knowledgeable, cordial and professional. He identified and took measures to eliminate the pest problem in my crawl space. He also contacted me after the initial treatment to state he would be back in a few days for a follow-up inspection. I believe Mr. Taylor of Harmony Pest Management would be an excellent choice for a homeowner experiencing a problem with unwanted critters in and around their home.

Arrived early to appt. Was very thorough in prepping the interior before apraying, i.e., wiping corners of all ceiling to rid area of cobwebs, etc, Explained how he would treat the interior, garage and exterior. Also explained in detail the pricing if I decided to go with regular maintenance, but did not pressure me to take it...

The owner was really great he works by himself. I was thinking of doing one time pest control to check the service but after his efficiency on follow up win my business on the first step. The service was amazing more professional and felt he care about customers. I am going for quaterly service with this company.
