Greg operating under East Coast Arborvitaeâ s does not warrant y or stand behind his work. 3/12 trees installed completely died. He was supposed to come back out and replaced them but has ghosted me and now blocked me. Buyer beware!!!

I hired Greg to install 14 trees in my backyard evenly space out. I was not home and he planted them and some are 1 ft apart and some are 4ft apart. He also only arrived with 12 trees even though I requested 14. He said he was coming back with the other 2 in 3 days and going to fix them. He then said his wallet got stolen and he could not drive. I told him I hired a landscape architect and he is was coming in 4 days and need him to get this handled ASAP. Now I am going to have to pay the architect extra money to dig up all the trees he planted and space them equal lengths apart. He is the worst at responding to text and never answers phone calls. I would not ever recommend using him. They are lazy and do poor quality work. Do your research, and hire someone reputable not these guys!

Stay away from this company. They did not live up to agreements made, written and verbal. Totally burned us, and now will not call Back.

I ordered green giant arborvitaes. I purchased 9 of them and had them planted (which cost extra). Greg stated they came with 1-year warranty. Two of them died within a week. I contacted him and he started in writing he would replace them. After a month I have yet to see them and he went MIA. He has not responded back to any of my messages. I do not recommend for bushes. I do not know how they treat you for more expensive jobs or landscaping.

Greg contacted us immediately upon our inquiry with Home Advisor. He came the next day for review of the job and estimate. His scheduling was flexible. The guys did a great job. Very thorough. Great communication.

Really tackled an out of control yard with lots of energy, didn't stop until it was done.

On time, there when they said they would be. Hired to do decorative rock, alot of work (24 yards) on the estimate, a fair price was given. Would prefer a detailed invoice of yards of stone purchased and installed. Greg, owner, courteous, professional, responsive.

I hired Greg for Fall cleanup last year and he did a very thorough job of blowing up all the leaves and had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied. I was pleased, and hired him the following Spring for cleanup. He blew the leaves like he should have but in one part of my property I have a huge tree that has a big pit about 4 feet deep where leaves naturally collect. He blew all the leaves and small branches all in that area, into that pit around my tree, instead of shooting them to the woods which surrounds my side and back yard. We had a bad winter and there were tree branches all over and some blown debris. He picked up about a handful of branches, not one piece of garbage and left branches all over the yard. I also paid him to fertilize the lawn. He dragged the large bag around and reached in and distributed the fertilizer by his hands. Why didn't he use a lawn spreader so the fertilizer would be even all around? So very professional. I was shocked by the price he quoted me for the poor job he did. $375. for less than 2 hours work, if that much. I do not recommend this company.

Very reasonable and reliable. Very hardworking. We were very happy with the job he completed. It looked like a whole new house outside.

Greg was very responsive from the first estimate visit, to scheduling the work. Greg and his team were professional and banged out the work with quality and in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable and the job was done smoothly. Would recommend

Very prompt and polite. We agreed on a price of roughly 30 yards of mulch delivered and installed. I specifically requested dark brown quality mulch that will last. Since installation all the installed mulch now looks like cheap wood chips. Also in some areas there is only about 1". The weeds are already coming thru. Very disappointed. I also had roughly six yards of river rock delivered and installed. Very sloppy installation and there is no weed fabric at all in certain places. The street was left a mess and the cleanup was just as messy.

Greg & his crew are polite & professional as well as willing to follow through with any requests that have been given. They do not take shortcuts when completing their work & have a reasonable price that we negotiated. Have more projects that we discussed & look forward to working further with Harmony Valley.

Although they are young the project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they were polite and courteous. They kept in touch consistently. Final project turned out great.

This company seems to be new. These young men are learning the business. The two men we dealt with were courteous, easy to reach, and kept in touch. Their price was fair. We thought the job could have been a little more thorough.

Not pros at all. Installed dead sod and insisted it would be ok with watering; watered as instructed and yellow dead front/back lawn is the outcome.

My property is difficult to maintain as some of the terrain is a little rough, but he did a pretty good job with what he was given. Grass is a little patchy because of all the crab grass and weeds, so I will have him come back to maintain it and I'm sure he'll make it better than I can.
