We were under the gun to get the house ready, and he came out got the work done quickly and made any adjustments that needed to be made, and 6 months later made other adjustments as well. He is outstanding and I would recommend him.

He was really responsive to every issue that we had and he would deal with it right then and there as soon as we brought it up. Things got done in a very timely manner!

I logged into Home Advisor, saw these great reviews and thought this guy would be very good. When I hired Mr. Potts, he sounded very competent. We were remodeling office space. We hired him to install flooring, paint, install chair rail and crown molding, construct inner office space, install a cabinet and counter top with sink and an addition upper/lower cabinet as a coffee bar area. This project was supposed to take three weeks max. I told him not to come back after four months. Everything his crew touched, they messed up. There are at least 50 chips in the Pergo flooring where they hammered the planks in place. I have about 10 pictures where I put quarters standing on edge between the planks because they didn't butt them up properly. They cut the boards to short around every door and filled in the 1+ inch gaps with some kind of gray epoxy that doesn't even match the floor color. In several places, the molding didn't line up being off maybe 1/4 inch. They painted the windows, closed them and now they don't open. They cut the hole too big for the sink. We bought another counter top and did the work ourselves. Don't ask me how they did this, but the drawer on the other cabinet hit the counter top when the drawer was opened and closed. They forced it and scraped the veneer off of the top of the drawer. They chipped the top of one counter top. The crew stole the original deep double sink that we were going to reinstall. It was replaced with the cheapest sink at the hardware store. But, it was too big for the counter top. When they cut the hole, they actually cut into the cabinet. And the cut was too big. The gap from the too big hole was filled with clear silicone. There's more, I'm tired of typing. Run from this guy and his "crews."

Mr. Potts is over the top friendly and is NOT out just to take your Money; He will put the right people in place to do the right job. If by the unlikely chance you don’t like something that was done to your home he will be real quick to get it fixed like you want it.

Like I said earlier, I am very pleased with the work and professionalism.

He did a bathroom remodel and it is gorgeous. I love it!
