Harrell Appliance Repair

Did the repairs but wired the part wrong, had to hire someone else.

Did not arrive when he said he would. Only partially completed the work. Would not return repeated phone calls to finish the job. I should have inspected the work before paying him. I gave him over a week to return my call before posting this review.

This so called contractor came to repair my dryer when finished it was worse than before. I've tried to get him out to rerepair always an excuse 3 weeks and I finally called home advisor to complain. I also started a complaint with the BBB.

Mr. Harrell exhibited professionalism and knowledgably corrected the problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I have used Mr Harrell in the past and loved his work and professionalism. This time, however, was very disappointing. He did repair the refridgerator, but when it continued to do the same thing after he had been paid he did not return my calls about the ongoing problems. I paid for it to be repaired, It was not and I expected at least a reply from him. Very disappointing indeed.

Living in a rural area its hard to find someone willing to travel as far as he did, So i was really appreciative that he was willing to do so. Very professional and got me going asap, Even followed up the next day. Highly recommend these guys!

Service was good quality however took longer to get part than originally told. Also, paid more than original estimate but would hire again.

Harrell was totally professional, unusually timely (came out the same afternoon) and friendly. He provided great service at a fee much cheaper than the other providers I had estimates from. Will not hesitate to call him again!

It's very difficult to find an appliance repair serviceman for the Odenville Area. Mr Harrell was very nice and did an excellent job doing a quick fix until he could get the parts. I felt that I had a little longer wait in getting the permanent fix than I anticipated. I was told several times that he would try to come but when he didn't come, he didn't bother to let me know. I would still call him again because he is very knowledgeable .

Dexter come out the first time said he fixed the problem. A week later still doing the same thing, come back out said i think its a sensor took the part off and said he would be back couple days later that afternoon and never showed and never called and did not answer or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional

He was on time, and very pleasant to talk to. He repaired the leak from my ice maker line, and also a loose pipe joint under the kitchen sink. He also tried to clear my kitchen sink clog.

I was completely satisfied with the freezer repair with this repair service . Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. My unit is 14 years old and I was concerned that it may have to replaced. He understood my concerns and diagnosed the problem promptly and had it repaired quickly. The next time that I need an appliance repaired I will definitely contact them. He even gave me a follow up call to see if my freezer was working properly. Nice.....7

The gentleman was very unprofessional and was not concern with the problems I had and he had poor communications skills.
