Very helpful and quick. Was on time and reasonable priced.

I hired them to install a new vanity in a bathroom. They were very nice and prompt. My only issue is that they connected the lines to the faucet backwards, so the hot water is coming out when you turn on the handle on the right, and cold water comes out when you turn the handle on the left. I did not catch this error for quite some time because it is not my main bathroom. I wouldn t give them a bad review for it, it was just a mistake, but as a homeowner, I would definitely check that before any plumber leaves next time. Overall they did a decent job.

Shows up when he tells you he will and if he can't he will let you know when he can. Highly recommended. Plumbers are like good car mechanics, when you find a good one you stay with them.

Very thorough and patient in finding out clogged in our sewer main. He came 2 days in a row and didn't stop until he found the clog. Very professional also.

I havent needed Plumbing work done in years! So I wasn't expecting the expense. But I'm grateful that I did not have to replace the whole toilet which would have been much more of an expense. Ken was knowledgeable and courteous. My project was not an emergency and consisted of replacing a kitchen faucet and dropping the kitchen sink to clean the caulk between the sink and the counter top. ( I supplied the new kitchen faucet) Second, repairing a leaking faucet in the kids bathroom and making an adjustment to the flushing of one toilet. My issue is with the cost being too high. He quoted $450 on the phone but when he arrived he said "about $550" and the final written bill was $595. He did not drop the kitchen sink and cleaned the caulk out, which saved time but I did not get a reduction in price. I have never hired a plumber before so I had no base line to know a fair price, but after speaking with other family members and friends who had a plumber work in outside conditions for longer periods of time stated they paid less.

Did a great job figuring out the problem and fixing it quickly. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. He has tons of experience.
