THIS GUY SHOWS UP AND JUST CHECKS THE HEATING, WELL WHAT ABOUT THE AC? THE AC DOESNT WRK EITHER SO HE HAS TO COME BACK AND CHARGES MORE MONEY TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTSE. AND HE WAS TALKING BAD TO THE TENANT ABOUT THE WRK WE DID ON THE RENTAL. VERY BAD SERVICE AND NOT THE WAY TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION.

"Well I guess you can't please every one. I never spoke bad to the tenants, I would have no reason to. I made it out to this service within a hour of the call, and repaired it. It was 7:00 at night. I did have to come back because the thermostat that they install had a shorted out O/B terminal I ended up replacing the thermostat and didn't even charge them. Two calls , two different repairs, and only a 120$ bill, I'd be pretty happy about that. It's fine though I made no money , and got a bad review."

I had three other companies that came and gave me an estimate before I finally decided to go with Harris Air. He quoted the lowest price for the job. The most important part is that he answered all concern(questions) for getting a dual zone for my house. I knew that Harris air didn't had any reviews, and that bothered me at first, but after e-mailing back and forth. I knew this was the company I wanted for the job. He was the first to contact me and responded to all e-mails very quick and very knowledgable of what he does. If you ever need any heating and air work, give this company a chance, estimate is free. I'm glad I did.
