I was happy with Richards work and the time the work was done .The only problem was clean up his left over material.

"Thanks for being happy with our work you were great people to work for. We always order extra material........JUST IN CASE...........Then we always wait 2 days to make sure customer is happy and doesnt want or need extra material for themselves or possibly replace a picket ?.............Then on the third day its removed....."

The only thing HBF was good at was writing my contract,taking my money and for that He gets a one star rating. Overall I contracted to have a fence with 3 gates installed plain and simple, it has been over two weeks now since that contract was written and I still do not have a fence installed. Rich Harris is full of excuses that range from blamming the weather to internal arguments with his employees, NOT MY PROBLEM! I have since lost faith in HBF and do not want his employees on m y property. I did check HBF out in several areas and found little negative so I do not understand his behaviour, obviously he does not need the work.

"I gave their deposit right back to them.They are 2 very nice guys unfortunately my old supplier was unable to produce their material in a timely manner.I am truly sorry but not to blame.I wish things were different obviously this is how I make a living.I wish nothing but the best for these 2 guy.He found no negatives on me for a reason there are none .My supplier failed us .End of Story.Sorry!"

I liked the guys and they did a good job. However, they left the old fencing in my back yard and the old railing. They promised they would be back a day or so after they got paid. Haven't seen them in 2-3 weeks. Next time I will not pay anyone until the complete job is done. I was going to push for them getting a fence job with a friend and with my daughter but I am rethinking that due to their lack of responsibility. Even though I like them and they did a good job this is no way to show good customer service. I trusted them to pay them and they did not do as they promised. Very disappointing.

"I was a paying a gentleman to remove tearouts and he obviously dropped the ball.But it is still my responsibilty to have this taken care of.Unfortunately I dont remember any phone calls regarding these two jobs.They still gave me a great rating and I value and appreciate their business."

Vinyl or PVC Fence Installation
The price and installation was exellent, but they never came back and removed the old fence. Made several calls to them and never recieved returned call. After sitting on the sie of my garage for 7 months, I had to pay to have it removed. I will not recommend them to anyone else. I am a single woman living alone and it was very hard for me to have it removed.

"Keep in mind that customers sometimes want to keep their old fence for their place"up north"or "for firewood".If they change thier mind and then want me to haul it away 3 months later that should be a whole new contract.If they specify that they dont want the old fence then I will gladly haul awy free of charge.I have done that countless times."
