Mr. Harris was prompt, efficient, knowledgable and provided service above and beyond what was expected. He was friiendly, and unlike most other service people, he helped me understand what he was going to do and why. There was more work needed due to water damage and he made repairs with no complaint. He did extra work when I asked (installed a whole-house shutoff inside for my easy access). I will definitely call him again if I need more work done. Charges were very reasonable. Cleaned up after job was done.
