Harris Water Heaters and another company both came out and did an on site inspection and verbal quote. Harris later gave me a paper quote with all the discussed details and with the same price. The other company gave me a paper quote missing some details and the price was increased significantly. Harris did the job and did everything they said they would do.

My husband has been in Real Estate for over 40 years, and we have never had service like this before. Exceptional Service doesn't even do them justice. Bryan the owner answers the phone. Jake that came out gave us 6-star service. It is always a pain to have something break, but with Harris Water Heaters they made it a pleasantly happy ending. PG&E came out today because they didn't my cancelation and they said harris Water Heaters did excellent work.

Bryan was great! Right on time and all done on schedule. Knew a good deal about the products they sell. Very competent installation too. Didn't try to upsell; we got just what we wanted.

Price seemed to be higher than I anticipated

I put my request for fixing our water heater just before 9AM this morning; got contacted about 10 minutes later, Jake, the technician was here around 11:30AM, and fixed the problem in no time. Very efficient, professional, and super nice guy. Harris Water Heaters is highly recommended.

Harris Water Heaters is professional all around from first contact to service person who did the work. Not sure of the value as I just wanted to get the job done quickly and did not want to shop around to save $50-$100. I'm happy and would recommend Harris.

They do quality work

Jake did an excellent job very quickly (same day and took about 3 hours) and they were reasonably priced ($400 less than the only other estimate I was able to get on a holiday weekend). Only suggestion I have is they should have shoe covers available. He had to walk through our house from the garage (which was covered in water from the leaking water heater) a couple of times and left tracks that my wife was not happy about.

Jake replaced my water heater. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Harris also obtains city permit which is included in their pricing. I would definitely recommend this service!

The Technician was on time. He had all equipment needed for the job. He gave me fair quote, I accepted it. The job was completed in professional manner. He answered all my questions and left work place neat and clean

They were quick to schedule a technician. Once he was at home, gave an estimate, explained the work needed and provided a quote. Work was done quickly and methodically as well! They also matched the other quotes I had.

Representatives from Harris Heaters know their job. I would highly recommend their services.

Harris folks are extremely knowledgeable of water heaters, and equip their trucks with spares to be able to fix on the first visit. I was impressed with their competency relative to the plumbing company that reviewed the situation. They were a little more expensive, but in the long run, its likely to be lower cost as the job is done right.
