Technicians arrived on time properly equipped to resolve my issue. They kept me informed throughout the repair process. This is the second time I have used Harrison Heating and Air, both times were a 5 star experience.

On Feb 11, 2021, they came to my home to unclog a dryer vent duct. They arrived early and took less than 1 hour to complete the job. The only assistance I provided was to turn the dryer on to blow the lint up to their WetVac, then turn it off. Very courteous crew of two people. They did all the work from within the attic and because I asked, provided me before/after pictures of the ducts (on my smartphone). I made their work safer and quicker by having some attic boards to use. The results of their work are as follows: drying regular clothes went from 2-3 cycles to 1 cycle; drying sheets/towels went from 3+ cycles to 1-2 cycles. I asked them to send me an invoice which they emailed me the same day. I called Blake (the owner) and paid via credit card, though they also accept: (1) Venmo, (2) cashapp and (3) PayPal. Two final things - (1) I have a 3-year old LG dryer that had been reporting an airflow blockage for at least 2 years, but I could never find anyone to fix this problem in my spare time. Home Advisor answered my prayers. (2) use a semi-rigid (or rigid) aluminum (not foil) transition vent between the dryer and the duct, tighten clamps, and seal with silver foil tape to avoid air leaks. It will also avoid using elbows, plus it avoids tears. The manufacturer will cover various issues when under warranty if you do so. I highly recommend them!

They are the most honest reliable and affordable company and honesty is high priority for me when it comes to HVAC repairs because so many other companies try to tell you that your system needs so many â otherâ repairs to try and get the most money out of you! Iâ m a 15+ year REALTOR and this is the only company I use for all my HVAC repairs and needs!
