I know lawn care services are very busy this time of year. After he called me and we talked about the project (Spring cleanup & stump removal), he said he'd come within a few days for estimate. Came in a few days, mowed, and said he'd be back for estimate. Finally called several days later, gave me estimate, and came next day. He and one other guy did most of the work, having me check the progress a couple of times. Then, after I paid them but telling them what still needed to be done, they took off, leaving job undone. I've been calling, texting ever since. William called me back once but said his wife had appendicitis & I should call his brother, Robert. No answer; voicemail "not set up" (a business?). Texted William. He said he'd get hold of Robert and get back with me Thursday. Texted William Friday morning after no contact. No reply.
