Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Did not honor contract ,42 in shower trun into 36. Vanity was 36in. Turn into 32 in. Was to be done 2/25/17 got done 3/30/17.did not hook up water right paid before realize it and would not fix it.had to fix it myself.scam artist is how I would say they are.also did not pay workers came to me wanted me to pay them .

Bathroom - Remodel
I hired this company back in January 2017. They stated that this project would be done in 2wks but it took them 3 to start, and I have to wait to have rest finished. I paid them the amount for their work but don't even know if shower works. It was not worth what I paid them. They didn't even have a certified plumber on staff, which I will never make that mistake again. The shower grout is a mess and some tiles are uneven. They did do a nice job on the dry wall. Please just be wise in what you hire them for.

I was house sitting for a friend. The drain became clogged and the above mentioned service was rendered. The company thought that a quick fix would be sufficient but when matters became a little more complex they were clueless and very inexperienced. The home owner returned and had the issued solved in about 15 minutes. I would not recommend service from that establishment

"This particular customer was NOT the homeowner. He was house sitting for a friend of his and did not know where any of the plumbing clean outs were located in the house. We sent our guy out on a Sunday to try to unclogg the drain, he ran a 25 foot snake than a 50 foot snake and was unable to correct the issue for him. He went back out the next day to give one more attempt. This man was charged 200.00 for our guy working a total of 9 hours on this issue. When the homeowner came home they knew where to find the problem and corrected it in 15 minutes saying that this issue happens all the time. We paid out of pocket to be on this job to try and help this customer rectify a situation that with a simple phone call to the homeowner he probably could have taken care of it himself."

I was quickly called and had an appointment set up within two days, which was good. The owner came out and was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He stated he would do the work personally and a time was set. On the day to do the work someone else showed up, which was initially not a problem. The problem was in the quality of work. The grout did not come clean and a tile that was replaced recracked. The owner attempted to correct the problem and said he would come out and fix it. Once again he sent some one else. They did re clean the grout but it still did not come clean. I saw that the workers put the effort in so I excepted the fact that the grout would not come clean. The problem is that of the 16 tiles they replaced, another has cracked and four completely come out. I contacted the owner again and shared the problem and the pictures and he has never texted me back. I did not pay the amount initially agreed upon but feel like I was screwed out of the 150.00 dollar deposit and now have a floor with loose tiles, broken tiles and no more replacements. Would not recommend.

"We would like to correct the issue with this customer but we were told that she was going out of state for 3 months to work. We are hoping when she returns that we can make her job right for her and make her happy again. The grout was old and we spent two days two different times trying to clean it and suggested to her after the first time that it should be replaced and that the tile was old and would never come as clean as she wanted it to. So we cleaned it with an acid wash for the second time with the same result, but this time she was there and saw that this was a waste of her time and ours. She wanted to use what she had available to her. We will gladly go and glue down the tile again for her as soon as she returns. The amount of money that she paid did not pay for the material or man hours to try and convince her that her floor was never going to come clean, or look new like she had hoped."
